We are modifying our cancellation policy to reflect the gravity of the challenges we are all facing due to COVID-19.
REFUND OF PAYMENT:
CREDIT REFUND FOR A FUTURE EVENT:
We plan our events months in advance. We have to confirm guides, venues, permits, and we choose how to market depending on how many participants we have. If we were to refund participants who cancel with little notice it could lead to us losing money on events and unable to pay our guides. Additionally, cancellations lead to additional work for our staff - having to adjust inventory, issue refunds, and change our marketing strategy.
Essentially, these cancellation policies are in place so that we can institute policies that protect our guides and the sustainability of our business.
For this reasons we suggest that participants purchase trip protection - to protect themselves from unforeseen circumstances that may lead to a cancellation and a loss of their investment.
