Refund policy

Our cancellation policy is in place so that we can institute policies that protect our guides and the sustainability of our business. We will not modify our cancellation policy under any circumstance so we highly recommend trip protection in order to protect your investment, especially in these uncertain times. 

DOMESTIC CANCELLATION POLICY

  • 10% of the total cost of your trip is non-refundable if we are given more than 120 days notice
  • 35% of the total cost of your trip is non-refundable if we are given 90-120 days notice
  • 65% of the total cost of your trip is non-refundable if we are given 61-89 days notice
  • 85% of the total cost of your trip is non-refundable if we are given 30 - 60 days notice
  • If given less than 30 days notice we will not issue any refund

INTERNATIONAL ROCK CLIMBING CANCELLATION POLICY 

  • 10% of the total cost of your trip is non-refundable if we are given more than 150 days notice
  • 25% of the total cost of your trip is non-refundable if we are given 120-149 days notice
  • 50% of the total cost of your trip is non-refundable if we are given 90-120 days notice
  • 75% of the total cost of your trip is non-refundable if we are given 60-90 days notice 
  • If given less than 60 days notice we will not issue any refund

INTERNATIONAL BACKPACKING CANCELLATION POLICY

  • 10% of the total cost of your trip is non-refundable if we are given more than 365 days notice
  • 25% of the total cost of your trip is non-refundable if we are given 241-360 days notice
  • 50% of the total cost of your trip is non-refundable if we are given 181-240 days notice
  • If given less than 180 days notice we will not issue any refund
