Refund policy

Our cancellation policy is in place to protect our guides and the sustainability of our business. We strongly recommend trip protection to help protect your investment. Insurance coverage and reimbursement depend on your policy’s terms, limits, and exclusions. We do not issue credits in the event of cancellation. 

Domestic retreats

The following percentages of the total trip price are non-refundable, based on how much notice we receive before the trip begins:

  • 121 days or more: 10% is non-refundable.

  • 90–120 days: 35% is non-refundable.

  • 61–89 days: 65% is non-refundable.

  • 30–60 days: 85% is non-refundable.

  • 29 days or fewer: No refund will be issued.

International rock climbing retreats

The following percentages of the total trip price are non-refundable, based on how much notice we receive before the trip begins:

  • 150 days or more: 10% is non-refundable.

  • 120–149 days: 25% is non-refundable.

  • 90–119 days: 50% is non-refundable.

  • 60–89 days: 75% is non-refundable.

  • 59 days or fewer: No refund will be issued.

International backpacking retreats

The following percentages of the total trip price are non-refundable, based on how much notice we receive before the trip begins:

  • 361 days or more: 10% is non-refundable.

  • 241–360 days: 25% is non-refundable.

  • 181–240 days: 50% is non-refundable.

  • 180 days or fewer: No refund will be issued.
